Join Our World for information and register for our quarterly giveaway!

To our clients and friends!  Join "Our World" by completing the registration form.  By joining "Our World" you are eligible for our quarterly giveaway.  This quarter we are giving away a laptop computer!

You get one chance by registering, and one chance for each person your refer to HSM Insurance, Inc.

Registration in "Our World" is limited to residents of the state of Indiana 18 years of age and over.  In order to participate in "Our World" giveaways, registration must be renewed each calendar quarter.  Giveaways are limited to one giveaway per household in a 12 month period.  By registering and participating in "Our World", you understand and agree that you may receive email updates and email newsletters from HSM Insurance, Inc.

No Purchase is required to participate in "Our World" giveaways. Employees, family of employees, insurance company employees and vendors are not eligible for "Our World" giveaways but may register to receive newsletters and email updates.
